The Impact of Task Technology Fit, Perceived Usability and Satisfaction on M-Learning Continuance Intention

چکیده

The rapid development and popularity of wireless internet and mobile communication technology have given rise to mobile learning or M-Learning. M-Learning, a combination of E-Learning and wireless technology, has brought a totally new perspective for learners. The employees of a travel agency were invited to take part in this study. The study aims at discussing the hypotheses demonstrating the effect of task-technology fit, cognitive behavior (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and cognitive absorption) and satisfaction on the intention of continuous use of M-Learning. A questionnaire survey was also included for further examination so as to explore the correlations between the variables and M-Learning satisfaction for the travel agency studied. The results can serve as a reference for related organizations and the travel agency for improving satisfaction and users’ intention of M-Learning.
